Kiwani Association purposes to maintain the essence and the purity of this ancient art. For this reason only those duly trained and prepared, those that have awakened the compassion and the solidarity with the planet Earth will be able to spread it.

One should attend to 3 complete workshops in the Initiation phase.

The training shall be conducted by the most experienced persons of the group.

The tool shall be practiced with regularly.

In order to have a deep knowledge of this art it is imperative to have a regular (weekly) experience of it and to work with the others for two years at the least. Giving and receiving is one and the same thing.

Without an alchemy producing itself in our interior, without awakening the energy of Love we won’t have the sufficient purity and knowledge for spreading this art around.

IMPORTANT: Do not spread this tool without having worked with it for a period of time sufficient for getting to know and understand it: without knowledge it can be a double-edged weapon that can harm oneself and confuse and disorientate the patient. This is why it is better to invite these people to workshops where somebody experienced can help them.

Although everyone of us can do whatever one likes, the tool must be kept free of corruption and tarnishing. Hence, the follow-up training once a trimester is important in order to clarify any doubts or confusion and to feel oneself more secure and wise. For this reason we, the veteran travellers, meet once in a while to share the knowledge and the experience.

This is how we begin to learn about the other, still unknown to us, part, that we shall call THE TRUE ALCHEMY.

In March we shall start preparing a thesis about different human problems with a purpose to be able to prepare and to focus the tool on the necessary projects (the hour of birth, the hour of death, abused children and women, etc.). We request your help and knowledge as a contribution facilitating this work.

You shouldn’t accept this tool simply because you like the person that showed it to you. You have to evaluate it in action, judging by your experience and discernment. Your only reality is the one that you had experienced yourself.

HOW TO MAKE THE BEST USE OF THE TOOL

It should be mentioned that the work with this tool is really worth it if it produces changes in your everyday life. And with this tool, the changes happen only if you are consistent in activating yourself correctly, the way you are taught in the workshops or at the meetings.

The road of liberation is never easy, it requires an honest and sincere involvement in order to experiment with oneself and not to lose time.

The process develops gradually, the mistakes are inevitable – learn from them!And when you realize that you’ve made a mistake, smile and carry on. Sometimes you will feel yourself a victim of your own ignorance and of the force of the unconscious, but if you persist you will make it.

Now I am going to give you some IMPORTANT CLUESof how to make a good use of this tool applying the art of living to your life:

FIRST OF ALL, YOU MUST BE COMMITTED TO YOURSELF.. When one is on the road of the purification it is important to really want to cure oneself, to want to free oneself from ignorance and suffering… and give oneself an opportunity to be happy. Most of all, it is important that you overcome yourself and grow as a human being.

You have to make a serious deal with yourself and have the faith in this road that you are going to walk through, and the faith in the tool. Begin to experiment it first of all with yourself and practise it with the others. Giving and receiving is one and the same thing. The devotion to oneself and the devotion to the way is the unity of the human being.

In the second place you have to be FIRMLY DETERMINED AND CONSISTENT IN ACTIVATING YOURSELF and awakening the energy of Love through your feet every week.
If you work with consistency, especially during the first two years of learning, you are going to lay a solid foundation. If you don’t maintain the practise you won’t be able to go deeper and to achieve inner results and the knowledge about how the tool works.

Give yourself an opportunity to develop this tool in all its purity. Any doubt or confusion should be clarified with somebody seriously committed to it.

In the third place, there must be AN ACCEPTANCE based on discernment and comprehension and not on a blind following of this technique. One can work with it correctly and precisely only if one is confident of it. This confidence is essential for your personal success in this work.

It is important to accept any healing process or crisis, traumas, taboos or complexes that may emerge from the deepest of the deep.

This is the reason why you need to develop the capacity of impartial observing and to let the changes to come out on their own, being at the same time conscious of the work that you are doing, and also being sincere with yourself in order to transform all the self-deception and confusion into clarity.

You’ll be conscious of your inner sensations, of your emotions, of your attitudes… and you will wake up as an impartial observer, without an intellectual analysis or classification of the experience, and allow to come out whatever has to come out.

You’ll keep resigning yourself to it and waiting for the very law of nature to restore your balance, harmony and to put everything in its place (physical body, emotions, energy...) Then, from your impartiality, you will have an answer to that interior truth that lies deep inside of you.
This is what is called in the East “to reach Zen” or to learn going with the flow of life, the way it is expressed in Tao.

It is necessary to know oneself,not only intellectually, through thinking and theories, not only emotionally – this is not enough. It is also necessary to know the reality through the experience, because only this shall help you to free yourself.

In the fourth place, there is SINCERITY.

It is important to be sincere with yourself in order to transform all the self-deception and confusion.

The fact of accepting your mistakes, the circumstances, the healing processes, accepting what life puts in front of you on the road to freeing yourself is important for having a good base.

You have to be honest with yourself and to learn to recognize your mistakes, in order to be able to re-educate yourself and to change. This way, with a pure vision, you will also see your values, your merits.

In order to be able to transform yourself and to change it is important to put some effort into it. Hence, such things as judging, criticizing, lying, stealing, being unfair with yourself and with the others, disrespect to yourself and to the others don’t fit in the way of Love. You can call this the principles of a human being.

Without these principles you would be going against the law of nature, because if you don’t respect them internally you won’t be able to flow in the direction that this tool takes. Then you will lose your time and it won’t make any sense.

PATIENCE is another important clue.

It is a quality of the wise. The way may be long and difficult, and for this reason we have to be patient trying to achieve our goals and to be modest, accepting the way, accepting our mistakes… this is modesty. Modesty means to dedicate yourself to the purification.

This is why only those who have walked through some path and found out that it was not taking them anyway can walk the way of self-liberation. Those who had experimented and know that the unconscious don’t let them make any progress, honest people that want to free themselves and are committed to that. Courageous persons that can face their own masks, their fears, their weaknesses.

Wise persons who understand that the purification, the self-understanding is the only way, those that keep on their journey despite the difficulties and the obstacles, because in reality it is the ego and the intellect that believe them important.

ATTENTION is another important clue.

When you apply this art to the feet of the others be always alert, attentive and conscious.
This way you will be keeping awakening and the energies of the other person won’t affect you.

In general, as you work with the feet you will be gradually awakening. This is explained in the workshops and the books.

Another important clue is TO DEVELOP THE CREATIVITY This tool is the art of touching, caressing and massaging the feet. Be always creative and enjoy yourself, imagine that you are playing an harp, dancing etc.

You should work without an intention,being conscious of yourself, this way the others’ energies won’t affect you.

The other important clue is COMPASSION, TO SHARE THE MERITS
When you finish the massage of each foot you have an opportunity to practice kindness and compassion.

Through this technique we radiate Love and good will to all the beings. It is a sincere with of happiness for all.

The main characteristic of sharing pure Love is to do it with an attitude of good will, its climax is to identify oneself with all the beings, to recognize the brotherhood of all types of life.
Practice is needed because without it the comprehension will be purely intellectual.

The practice of goodness and kindness is not a prayer nor a pious hope that some external agent shall act to help us.
The clearer one realizes that it is not him or her that produces goodness, the more free of egoism his or her compassion shall be.

In order to be able to conduct the energy current of goodness the mind should be calm, balanced and free of negativity, and this kind of mind is developed by activating the energy of Love through the feet.

This practice shall help you to clean your genetics which is being manipulated by fears and make you calmer and help you not to lose the sight of horizon of the right way..
