Hello, my name is Libre.
I am writing this with an intention to help and to give guidelines to all the persons seeking and willing to self-cure and to free themselves from ignorance and suffering that right now are making us the victims of our lives.

This is also directed to all the doctors and therapists and those that are following various spiritual currents.

This article might seem long, however, I am asking you to read it through. I am absolutely sure that it can shed light at some of your current situations.

I have decided to write now because of the critical and very confusing situation that happens to be now on this planet.

Our home, the planet Earth, is passing through a time of crisis and chaos, we are living submerged in wars, sicknesses, doubts, confusion… all in all, suffering and pain.

Although we practice techniques of personal growth and healing, we are still not able to free ourselves completely and be happy.

I would like to tell you that I have not put my feet on this way because I was bored of my daily life or because I am into a new hippy or New Age fashion.
I am in the world of healing because since the very first breath of life, since the day I was born I have entered the great ocean of suffering and illnesses.
This conflict brought me to the true quest from the beginning of life.
I happened to be afflicted by a grave illness known as Rheumatoid Arthritis and was progressively, day after day tying and chaining me down to fears and making me lose the essence of being a human, lose joy and happiness.

From then on and up to the present moment I have walked a long road.
It cost me a lot and I had faced great interior challenges when I asked myself about many internal things:
For example, how could I, a blind man with such a warped body, enter in the field of teaching about healing and spirituality?

Some great friends of mine used to tell me at certain moments of my life:
"José Luis, you don’t speak like a doctor or a therapist neither you look like one. But you do have the necessary experience and the wisdom relating to the illness and the suffering because you have been having it in your very bones from the beginning of your life. And people like you can really help us because you do have the knowledge”.

During early stages of my life I was treated by conventional medicine means; I have stayed long periods of time in hospitals, had vaccines, was administered different drugs and tests. Sometimes they relieved me of pain and inflammation… but sooner or later their effect wore out and I had to be administered new medicines.

Despite of a certain pain relief produced by those medicines the illness stayed and the suffering was growing ever more.
At the same time my parents were taking me to healers and famous physicians of that time. Their treatments brought some improvement but still, my body was worse and worse and the suffering was bigger and bigger.
As my body was deteriorating, the illness started affecting other organs: liver, kidneys, I even ended up losing my sight altogether.
In these cases I kept accumulating frustration, impotence, despair… in other words, more suffering, not only physical but also emotional, mental and energetic.
Later on I had an eye surgery, but the cataracts started to form again.
It was clear! I WAS NOT GOING TO THE ROOT OF THE PROBLEM.

As if all of it was not enough, at the age of 26 I had suffered a car accident that left me without any vitality. Then I realized that I was dead in life.
When I fell that low I had an impulse of HOPE: “I have to liberate myself, I have to get out of this situation”.
I even had low thoughts of killing myself – the critical moments for a human being.

From then on I embarked on a serious quest of investigation in the world of healing. And it is through my experience that I can guide all of you and give an impartial orientation.

1- I’ve been to the New Age doctors and therapists; their techniques and natural remedies used to benefit me in the beginning, but soon lost their effect. They only touched the surface and I realized that my unconsciousness was very powerful and didn’t let them get deeper.

2- I also tried different ways of alimentation, such as vegetarian, macrobiotic, hygienist and others... but my very deep unconsciousness kept impeding the correct information of those products from reaching deeper and being channelled to the body. Hence, they didn’t have a lot of effect either.

3- I entered various schools of visualizations and mental power. I was visualizing myself handsome and flexible... not only that: I visualized myself with health, money and love... Nevertheless, I realized that I was still feeling empty, full of taboos and complexes, full of anger, rage and suffering.
It was clear! Again, I WAS NOT GOING TO THE ROOT OF THE PROBLEM.
I realized that parapsychology and visualizations didn’t eliminate pain and suffering.

4- I tried mediums. I tried everything.
What I did there was to confuse myself even more, I was going to infra-worlds and encountering that what is called “energy vampires”. More suffering and extra ignorance.

Although some friends were following those currents I left them radically. Those spheres were not taking me to liberation and happiness.

5- Another sphere that I went through was different meditation practices.
Many of them helped me to relax, but only at a superficial level, and only during the practice itself. That made me realize that I WAS STILL NOT STUDYING THE PROBLEM IN DEPTH NEITHER REACHING ITS ROOT.
My answer? Keep searching.

6- I passed on to the world of canalizations and found some great messages there. “You have to be in peace”, “you have to be calm”... etc.
They didn’t tell me anything new - I already knew it all.
I asked what I could do and they taught me to establish myself in celestial elevated states of quietness. Again, those lasted not longer than the time of the practice itself. My everyday life was still full of pain, suffering and illness.
It was clear! I WAS STILL NOT GOING TO THE ROOT OF THE PROBLEM.

I would like to emphasize that although I understood that violet colour flame means “transmutation” and the yellow colour flame means “light” I was still confused and ignorant.

7- I have worked with pyramid, quartz, crystals, with “I AM”...
In the beginning I used to benefit from the mental suggestion but then again, as always, I ended up with the same as before, I WAS NOT GOING TO THE ROOT OF THE PROBLEM, of the suffering and my daily problems.

I would meet with my friends and we would play “angels” and “archangels”. Then I realized the degree of my ignorance even more, and that games could entertain and amuse you but they don’t take you to the liberation.

Night after night, facing my suffering, I was asking only to be cured.

Although my friends used to tell me that God would cure me because of my faith, after all this time I started questioning a few things. “Either God is deaf, or doesn’t understand anything”.
And I kept looking although I didn’t find the answer. Still, there was something that I had clear: that the wisdom of life was going to help me.
Then I started listening to the wisdom of the ancient wise ones, like Buddha, Mohammed, or the very Jesus Christ. All of them had the same message: “Purify yourself, purify your mind, your unconsciousness and your ignorance, and you will be free”.
The other message read: “Walk on the way of Love and Compassion, and you will be happy”.
And the last that they said was: “Nobody can cure you, only you can cure yourself”.
So I reached the conclusion that neither Buddha nor Jesus Christ can walk my road for me. They walked through their roads, and I had to walk through mine.

At last, with this understanding “The Forgotten Art of Foot Washing” came into my hands: the tool that will bring me to the liberation from suffering and the healing of the Soul.
At last, my search was over and I began walking on the true path, the way of Love and Compassion.

CONCLUSION:
I am absolutely sure that the only person that can heal one is oneself, and this is done through the self-understanding and inner wisdom.
When we provoke a problem or a sickness the “how” and “in what circumstances” we provoked it, and also the “why” of it, is registered inside of us.
Different questions of a human being, like “who am I?”, “what am I doing here?”, “why is this all happening to me?”, “what is my part in it?” etc. are also registered within us.
In order to reach all this, first of all, we should clean, or purify, ourselves of our ignorance. The transformation will come later and the next steps will be the regeneration and the transmutation.

I am convinced that if we are not following the direct route to the healing of the Soul, the human being shall always be lame or one-armed, shall always depend on the cure of this or that sickness, on trying to balance one’s emotions, on trying to balance the energetic field...

I am also sure that if I didn’t cure the source of life inside of me (the Soul) and the source of compassion, I would be still a victim of the same sickness and suffering.

Now, thanks to the work with the art of foot washing, I have awoken the conscience and I have stopped being a victim of all that pain that I used to carry in my backpack.
I also know that if I didn’t start on the way towards the inner truth, I would be today depending on a guru, master or whatever philosophy or belief of the New Age.
Right now I am free from it all.

I also realized that we, human beings, say that we are God and we play gods, nevertheless, when we achieve inner alchemy, everything is much more simple and EVERYTHING STAYS IN THE EXPERIENCE OF THE SOURCE OF LOVE INSIDE OF US, and it is the only healing energy that is able to cure any human being. And it is not farther away from us than our own breath.

INSIGHT
It’s been years that I am travelling and sharing this tool with different healing schools and spiritual currents.
During this time I made some great friends and came to know yoga and tai chi teachers and many others... and I realized that all these works are fine but I think that we still lack the most important: THE LIBERATION FROM SUFFERING, AWAKENING OF THE CONSCIENCE AND LOVE INSIDE OF US.

I also got to know various therapists and physicians that were helping the others, however, without having done their own interior job of purification their ability to heal was limited and the problems and the suffering of their patients stayed thus provoking their inner rigidity and tension.

I believe that any person that is committed to the personal growth, first of all, has to cure him or herself.
Only from this point one can offer an authentic healing to the others, since one cannot give something that one doesn’t have. We must cultivate that what we want to offer to the others in our own interior.
The medicine man has to try his own medicine.

On the other side, I have seen a lot of people seeking the knowledge in India, in Tibet, in the Scriptures... and yes their hearts remain closed. For all the knowledge that they had obtained, emptiness and problems abounded in their daily lives.
For me, the awakening of the wisdom and Love, the universal road goes together with noble deeds, in other words, with devotion and altruistic service for the others.

For many other intelligent people that I have met all this was beliefs and illusions.
The real knowledge resides inside of every human being, and in order to arrive there there is no other way but that of PURIFICATION AND TRANSFORMATION OF OUR IGNORANCE AND SUFFERING.

With these words I tell all of you with an absolute certainty that HERE YOU HAVE A TOOL, A VERY ANCIENT ART OF LIBERATION AND COMPASSION, that was moving around from the beginning of the Time and coming to a stop in the hands of various healers and wise men.

Here you have a tool that shall bring you to the great awakening of the consciousness at your disposition.

I have it very clear that this tool shall be needed on this planet in these new times of great changes when new problems and new illnesses are appearing. It will bring us to the healing of our very essence: THE SOUL.

Buddha, the Maya and many others told us that until the human race is not on the same way, the human being won’t find the truth and the unity within himself.

And the last question:

If all is One, why do people deceive themselves and go different ways?
